Roasting the tomatoes brings out their natural sweetness, while the garlics sharper flavor gets mellowed out.
If you dont have basil, garnish with oregano or thyme.

Directions
Preheat oven to 450F.
Spread tomatoes and garlic on a large baking sheet.

Drizzle with 1 tablespoon oil; toss to coat.
Roast until the tomatoes have burst and are starting to brown, about 18 minutes.
Let cool slightly, about 10 minutes.

Top with basil leaves; garnish with lemon zest, if desired.
Serve with toasted baguette.
