Divide the tuna mixture between 2 toast slices.

Top with avocado slices, lettuce, tomato slices and the remaining 2 toast slices.

Cut into halves or quarters.

It should feel soft but not overly squishy.

Store the tuna salad in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
