And they have, in no uncertain terms, changed my life.

Theyre also endlessly customizable.

So when I say thatanyonewould benefit from adding these to their meal-prep rotation, I speak from experience.
The recipe is fast, easy and made with ingredients I always keep on hand.
The salsa and spices form the flavor base of the burritos.
Once cooked, the burritos hold up nicely and keep warm in a thermos until lunchtime.
But none of that is necessary (except the hot sauce, because I like spicy food).
