Im also a fan of having mixed nuts.

A big bottle of water, and the snacks depends on the flight, depends on where Im going.
If Im going to England, I just want to sleep.

Im still not a huge fan of pork, and Im not a huge fan of lamb.

I think it means that you enjoy what youre eating.
The idea of everything having to be disgusting to actually be good for you is not true.
I think its important to not just have your food be fuel; it should be an enjoyable fuel.
