If you dont have an espresso maker, you’re able to substitute strong brewed coffee.

Add egg whites and cocoa.

Divide between 2 coupe glasses and flatten the tops.

Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add coffee liqueur, espresso and vodka.

Cover and shake until chilled.

Divide between the glasses, pouring through the middle of the whipped coffee mixture so it rises.

Place 3 coffee beans on the foam of each cocktail for garnish, if desired.
