This skillet corn recipe features plenty of sweet, fresh summer corn.
A small amount of aromatics complement the corn but don’t overpower it.
Parsley adds color and freshness.

Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until translucent, about 3 minutes.
Stir in salt, pepper and sugar (if desired).
Remove from heat and stir in parsley.
