Whisk eggs, applesauce, yogurt, honey and vanilla together in a medium bowl until combined.

Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture; stir until just combined.

Fold in raisins until evenly distributed.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan; smooth the top.

Bake until set and a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 25 minutes.

Let cool in the pan on a wire rack for 15 minutes.

Using the parchment overhangs as handles, remove the bars from the pan.

Cut into 9 (234-inch-square) bars.

Serve warm or at room temperature.
