These mushrooms were distributed to wholesalers in New York that distributed the product to retailers in other states.
Common symptoms include fever, headaches, muscle aches, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.
More severe symptoms may include stiffness, confusion, loss of balance and convulsions.
