Combine breadcrumbs, cheese, garlic powder and onion powder in a large bowl.
Pour butter into another large bowl.
Add the cauliflower, season with salt, and toss to coat in the butter.
Add half of the cauliflower to the breadcrumbs, and toss well to coat thoroughly.
Place on one of the baking sheets.
Repeat with the remaining cauliflower and breadcrumbs.
(Discard the remaining breadcrumbs.)
Bake the cauliflower until it’s deep golden brown and crispy, 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve it warm with the marinara for dipping, if desired.
