With a base of romaine hearts, Biegel tosses in her dressing and Parmesan cheese.

This one-ingredient addition makes Biegels salad unique and even more mouthwatering.

Biegel fried the capers until crispy, which she noted to take about 5 minutes.

Biegel made the perfect side that embraces a briny, lemony tang with these crispy capers on top.
