Hough:I believe that eating well means eating foods that nourish your body and mind.

I focus on eating organic whole, unprocessed foods that are rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

I also double-check to get enough protein and fiber, which help me feel full and satisfied.

I dont believe in restrictive dieting.

The best way to eat well is to find what works for you and to listen to your body.
