Using your favorite dip as a topping for pizza is genius.
That was my thought when I saw a recent Instagram post where Joy Bauer shared herSpinach-Artichoke Dip Pizza.

A creamy, yet nourishing dip can absolutely be the pizza topping you didnt know you needed.
The dip has made an appearance in the past, showing up in herSpinach-Artichoke Spaghetti Squash rcipe.
It worked well in that recipe, so Bauer gave it a try on pizza and loved the results.

But she steals our hearts because the delicious food she makes always has a nourishing touch.
Youll also get calcium and protein from the cheese and Greek yogurt.
Then, add a can of roughly chopped artichoke hearts to the spinach.
Then, season to taste with salt and black pepper.
Spread the mixture evenly over a large prepared pizza crust and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Let cool slightly before serving.
