Add some baby bella mushrooms and saute until they’re soft and all of the liquid has evaporated.

Next, add your spinach and stir until wilted.

Remove the cooked veggies and set them aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together six eggs, cream, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Add the cooked veggies and plenty of shredded Swiss cheese (about 3 cups).

Next, pour your mixture into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.

Let cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
