The Barefoot Contessa shared her recipe for Parmesan Smashed Potatoes on Al Roker’s podcast.

Roker kicks off his podcast with a bang, chatting with Ina Garten about her Parmesan Smashed Potatoes.

The recipe starts with boiling three pounds of red potatoes with salt for around 25 minutes.

For creaminess, Garten adds in butter,half-and-halfand sour cream.

And she shared her method for making sure the Thanksgiving meal is hot and ready at the perfect time.

“I make a schedule.

And then I know that everything will be done…when everybody arrives.”
