These honey-mustard salmon bites are a perfect balance of sweet, tangy and savory flavors.

Or make them a main dish, served over brown rice to soak up the extra sauce.

Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil.

Toss salmon pieces with 2 tablespoons melted butter and 14 teaspoon each salt and pepper in a medium bowl.

Arrange the salmon pieces in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Broil until the salmon is slightly browned around the edges, 5 to 6 minutes.

Meanwhile, whisk 112 tablespoons mustard and 1 tablespoon honey together in a small bowl until combined.

Broil until the salmon is cooked through and the glaze is lightly browned, about 2 minutes.

Remove from oven; gently spoon the remaining honey-mustard mixture over the salmon bites.
