We also appreciate this salad’s other gut-healthy ingredients likewhite beans and extra-virgin olive oil.
Start by whisking the vinegar, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
Slowly whisk in the olive oil until totally emulsified.
Then, toss in the remaining ingredients until fully coated.
From here, adjust with salt and pepper to taste, and this salad is ready to devour!
