This easy cauliflower stir-fry has a great balance of textures and flavors with bright and colorful tender-crisp veggies.

Add cauliflower and onion; cook, stirring constantly, until almost tender, about 5 minutes.

Add soy sauce, sesame oil and chile-garlic sauce; cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.

Stir in cilantro and, if desired, additional chile-garlic sauce until just combined.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
