Kitchen created this dessert to work with almost any fruit you have on hand.

The addition of dried fruit adds a concentrated hit of flavor you won’t get from fresh alone.

Spread in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.

Combine oats, nuts, flour, sugar, oil, cinnamon and salt in a medium bowl.

Sprinkle over the fruit.

Bake until the fruit is tender and the topping is browned, 30 to 40 minutes.

Let cool for 20 minutes before serving.
