We use sea bass here, but any other firm white fish like halibut would work just as well.
Serve with grains and a side salad.
Coat the air-fryer basket generously with cooking spray.

Pat fish dry; arrange, skin-side down, on a baking sheet.
Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Combine yogurt, dill and garlic powder in a small bowl.
Brush the mixture on the tops of the fillets.
Combine pistachios, panko, parsley and the remaining 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper in a shallow dish.
Dredge the yogurt-coated sides of the fillets in the panko mixture, pressing to adhere.
Arrange the fillets in a single layer, panko-sides up, in the prepared basket.
If you like, serve the fish over watercress, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with additional pepper.
