Dunk these egg rolls in a creamy chipotle-lime dipping sauce for the perfect bite.

Cook, stirring frequently, just until warmed through, about 2 minutes.

Remove from heat; stir in cilantro.

On a work surface, lay out egg roll wrappers with 1 corner pointing away from you.

Mound 1/3 cup filling in the center of each wrapper.

Brush egg around the edges.

Fold the corner closest to you over the filling; bring the side corners to the middle.

Continue rolling away from you to form a tight seal around the filling.

Cook at 350F, flipping once, until golden and crisp, 10 to 15 minutes.

Serve the egg rolls with the sauce.
