A roasted garlic variety pairs perfectly with cheese tortellini and sauteed leafy greens.
Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, heat 1 teaspoon oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Cook, stirring often, until heated through and golden brown, 2 to 4 minutes.
Transfer the sausage to a plate and set aside.
Add the remaining 1 tablespoon oil to the pan.
Add kale; cooking, stirring, until wilted, 2 to 3 minutes.
Return the sausage to the pan and add the tortellini and salt.
Toss to combine; season with pepper to taste.
