This 10-minute breakfast features microgreens, which are young vegetable sprouts harvested just after the first true leaves develop.
If you cant find microgreens, alfalfa sprouts or chopped baby lettuce can be used in their place.
Plus, strained yogurt has more protein for staying power.

Pineapple and coconut give this banana split tropical vibes.
If you cant find passion fruit at all, substitute with frozen pineapple.

Single-serve packages of mashed avocado or guacamole can stand in for the fresh avocado.

And be careful not to overcook your eggs.
