But the drugdoesnt work. Karane remains chipper and pleasant. But something tells me she and Rentarou alone wont be enough to reawaken Karane....
But Jinwoo finds new depths of his power and eviscerates the Ant, relieving him of his arms. Hes also unable to use shadow exchange at the present time, so his options are extremely limited. Will he be able to save Hae-in? I certainly hope so.
He takes his leave, but a concerned Maomao follows him with water. Jinshi grudgingly does the same. She does, but wont eat it out of his hand. The two get dressed and travel through the cave until they find an opening to the surface. Maomao falls, but lands without injury, thanks to Jinshi, who holds her in a tight embrace. She apologizes and prepares to break away, but he maintains his grip and draws her closer....
Natsuko tells Memmeln and Unio that this is howA Tale of Perishingends. Its how its supposed to end. But she doesnt give up. She keeps drawing, since she can draw Luke with her eyes closed. Then the resurrected QJ joins her and shines a light on her desk. Natsuko wakes up in a starry space, and soon Luke descends down to her, good as new. Well, perhaps noteveryone. As for the characters who helped her?...
